Thank you for choosing KEWS Studio for your recording session. To ensure a smooth and satisfactory experience, please read and understand the following terms and conditions:

  1. Cancellation and Amendments: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. If you need to cancel or reschedule your recording session, we kindly request a full 48-hour notice. Failure to provide a 48-hour notice will result in the forfeiture of the full payment, irrespective of the reason for cancellation. However, the charge may be waived at the discretion of the studio manager, provided valid reasons are provided and agreed upon.

  2. Ownership of Session Files: Until the payment has been made in full, all session files will remain the property of KEWS Studio. Once the payment is settled, you will have full ownership of the recorded material. Please ensure that payment is made by the last day of your session, unless alternative arrangements have been made with the studio manager.

  3. Set-Up Time: Your booked studio time includes the set-up time. We will strive to have your session set up before your arrival to make the most of your allotted time.

  4. File Retention Policy: We will keep all your session files for a period of 365 days after the completion of your session. After this period, all files will be permanently deleted from our hard drives. Please make sure to have all necessary files and backups made within this time, as we will not be responsible for any loss after this period.

  5. Liability: While we take every precaution to ensure a safe environment, KEWS Studio will not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage to your personnel, equipment, or belongings caused during your session. Additionally, any equipment left on the premises after session completion is the sole responsibility of the owner.

  6. Identification: Upon request, you must be able to provide valid identification.

  7. Rescheduling Policy: If you wish to reschedule your recording session instead of canceling, we allow one rescheduling opportunity. The rescheduled date must fall within the same calendar month as the initial booking. Failure to reschedule within the same month will be considered as a cancellation, and the cancellation policy mentioned in section 1 will apply.

    Please note that rescheduling is subject to studio availability. We will do our best to accommodate your preferred new date, but it is not guaranteed. To request a rescheduling, please contact our studio manager as soon as possible to discuss the available options.

By proceeding with the booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. Loyalty Rewards

Each stamp represents 25% on your process to Reward at KEWS STUDIO. 4 stamp gives you 15% off your next booking or 1hour 30min Dry Hire (£200 Threshold). 8 Stamps (£400) you will receive a complimentary 1-hour session or 2 Hour Dry Hire. After using this session you can continue to collect stamps. We aim to improve our loyalty cards with more rewards, so be loyal for more! 🥳

1. Loyalty Stamps and Discount

Earn 1 loyalty stamp for every session booked at KEWS STUDIO. Upon accumulating 2 stamps, you will receive a complimentary 1-hour session. After using this session, continue to collect stamps. When you reach a total of 15 stamps, you will qualify for a 15% discount on your next visit after the card refreshes, which occurs every 2 months.

2. Referral Rewards

Recommend a friend to KEWS STUDIO and enjoy a 10% discount for both you and your friend when they make a booking.

3. Loyalty Card Renewal

Your loyalty card will refresh every 2 months. Rewards accumulated on your card can be redeemed within 3 months of your last visit to KEWS STUDIO.

4. Usage Limitations

This loyalty card is exclusively valid at KEWS STUDIO and cannot be used at any other location.

5. Non-Monetary Nature

Stamps and rewards have no cash value, cannot be exchanged, refunded, replaced, or redeemed for cash under any circumstances.

6. Non-Transferable

Loyalty cards are non-transferrable and cannot be combined with other loyalty cards or offers.

7. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any disputes, KEWS STUDIO reserves the right to make the final decision.
